There was a forecast of thunderstorm, clouds were coming closer, wind was fast. I saw my first rain in the US and it was kind of disappointing. Then came the light rain but I could only feel it on my skin. The roads, plants, benches and everything is so hot in Phoenix that water evaporates as soon as it touches the surface. Back home, in Karachi, slightest drizzle would leave everything soaked.
